Maintenance Agreements can be purchased up to 90 days after buying the main product. (Updated on 5/21/2004)
This GFi product is non-returnable once purchased. The reason for this policy is that there is the opportunity to fully test the product in advance and even receive pre-sales support on the product. If a customer is not sure of this GFi product, they should download it first and test it out. Once a customer purchases this GFi product the purchase is final. (Updated on 5/21/2004)
Maintenance agreement features are: Free technical support from the manufacture via telephone or email during the manufacture's business hours. Software upgrades are free throughout the contract period. (Updated on 5/21/2004)
